WHAT IS MENTORING AND HOW CAN IT HELP?

Mentoring helps people progress and realise their potential. It is a relationship based upon trust and respect. The Mentor has usually been through what you have been through and can guide you forward with empathy and compassion. A Mentor is able to understand the issues facing you due to their own past experience and uses that experience to help you develop and progress.

It is a relationship of grace and opportunity. Anyone who has been successfully mentored will always look back with gratitude and thanks.
Mentoring and coaching is a way of improving your life and moving forward. Successful people have mentors - Richard Branson has 5.  Athletes and professional sportsmen could not perform at the level they do without their coach aiding and guiding them.
A mentor provides support and accountability.
